AweSumation was initially developed in 2002 as the internal software application powering
Connects-Us, an ERP, Business Solutions, and IT consulting firm. The concept for AweSumation
was born when Craig Flitner discovered the universal inadequacies of existing solutions for
resume, application and job order tracking. Unable to find an integrated solution to support
Connects-Us, Craig sought to develop AweSumation. After successfully utilizing AweSumation
within Connects-Us, Craig and a team of business partners chose to bring the power and
simplicity of AweSumation to the public. AweSumation, Inc. was formally incorporated in 2004
with the goal of providing small and mid sized businesses with a quality on demand professional
services system that managed both front office CRM and back office HCM matters at an affordable
cost. Shortly thereafter AweSumation deployed a simplified corporate solution that allowed
for efficient lead/client tracking, applicant/job matching, external job posting, and a central
résumé database. In 2005, AweSumation focused on providing its clients with enhanced utility
including integration points to QuickBooks and Microsoft’s Word, Outlook, and VCF
functionality. AweSumation’s newest and most unique tool is a patent pending mobile component
which allows our clients to access and update their HCM/CRM contact data from any wireless web
device.
